I actually did not care for this wool sweater very well. The yarn was very thin and I regret having thrown it in the washer and dryer as it shrunk. I marveled at my mom's knitting skills. It was later used by my eldest daughter for her doll clothes. From 1978-1984, I was not a great knitter, reading patterns was difficult for me and found crochet a lot easier. In the gallery images include the crocheted doll garments I made for my daughter, Harmony (some 40 years ago) and subsequently, my other children. Surprisingly, my grand children still play with their broken Sasha Dolls and dress them in these clothes!
This green knitted sweater was made by my mom for my first grandchild, Luna. The other doll clothes were crocheted by me! I snuck the bedtime bunny in because I loved making him!
