Traditional Medicinals - Chamomile and Lavender

Lavender can calm and relax you as soon as you capture its fragrant smell. When the hot water hit this tea bag, I felt my whole body relax as the lavender notes danced from the steaming cup.

I'm not a huge fan of chamomile tea, but it's delightful when it's paired with lavender. Traditional Medicinals delicately blends a little lemon balm into the mix as well. To enjoy this cup, make sure you use two tea bags for an 8-ounce cup. They also suggest steeping it for 10 minutes and covering it.

This is your go-to tea whenever you feel stressed. Or if you love lavender as much as I do, enjoy it every day.
