AUSTRALIA TRIP 2019

This past June Liko and I took a trip to Sydney, Australia for our good friend’s Lauryn and Noah’s wedding. This was my first trip out of the country (not counting Mexico because… it’s Mexico) so I have some tips to guide you around Sydney.

First of all, it’s definitely a concrete jungle, very much like LA which completely shocked us. When you think of Australia you think the opera house, kangaroo’s, koalas, greenery, etc. It wasn’t what we thought it was going to be although it was beautiful in its own way. There were a lot of tall old buildings that kind of made you feel like you were in England. We stayed a total of 12 days in an Airbnb in Pyrmont.

Pyrmont was great because it was very central from everywhere we wanted to be in the city. It also had its own community of coffee shops/ restaurants and the Sydney Fish Market was in walking distance. Overall it was prime location for us. Below was our itinerary I wanted to share with all of you. (P.S. Liko has cousins who live in Coogee. We ended up staying with them towards the end of the trip. It was such a great get way from the city and it was right on the Bondi to Coogee walk. Thanks Harm!)
